The list below applies to every client. A firm based abroad gets the same amounts, in zloty and without Polish VAT where the rules allow it.
Is there a Polish tax number requirement?
No. The tax number from your own country is enough for the BDO entry.
Which invoice do I receive?
An invoice issued without VAT or with 0% VAT, depending on the case.
Is the stamp duty on the power of attorney charged separately?
No, we cover it ourselves.

Why are the amounts in zloty?
Our invoices are issued in Polish zloty, so the price list is shown in the same currency.
Which office fees can still appear?
Only the registration fee, and only when the firm puts products or packaging on the Polish market: 200 PLN for a micro-entrepreneur, 800 PLN for other firms.
