What changes when the firm is registered outside Poland
A company based abroad can need a BDO number as soon as it places goods or packaging on the Polish market. You give us the facts about the firm, we deal with the Polish side.
My firm has no Polish NIP. Is that a problem?
No. Give us the tax identification number issued in your own country; we take care of the rest of the application.
How are the documents signed?
A power of attorney is prepared for you and you sign it electronically with the signature that is valid in your country. We send it with a short step-by-step note.
Who pays the stamp duty on the power of attorney?
We do. The duty is already inside our price, so it never appears as an extra line on your invoice.
In what currency do I pay and what does the invoice look like?
Our prices are in Polish zloty. The invoice is issued without VAT or with 0% VAT, depending on the case.
